The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. Sudden pressure like something has blocked your ears. Sort of feels like pressure from when water gets in the ear.

Audible Voices both inside of the mind space & outside of the head. Hearing multiple types of audible voices, very distinct and clear.
But if others can also hear the buzzing and humming, sometimes this can just be a result of some unsafe frequencies around the place you are hearing them.
